RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Not in love with your new purchase? (That smell is a byproduct of the printing process. We swear it’s temporary.

1. We will accept returns provided they meet the following guidelines:

    ✔ Return within 30 days.

    ✔ Return with proof of purchase.

    ✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached.

    ✔ The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way.

    ✔ Protective hygiene sticker must be in place for swimwear returns.

    ✔ Returns must be made within the country of purchase.

    ✔ Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below.

    ✔ We sent the wrong garment style, color, or size which you ordered.

    ✔ We sent the wrong case or skin style which you ordered.

  • 2. Except For The Above Reasons Please Check The Return Guidelines Below:
    1. ✔ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      ✔ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

      ✔ Original condition is considered as any merchandise that is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.

    3. Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    4. Can the refund be sent to a different card or account?

    As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get your funds back to you.

    5. How long will the refund take ?

    It depends on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual time frames.     6. What if that account and/or card has been cancelled?

    You will need to contact your bank to alert them that you were expecting a refund to this account or card and make alternative arrangements with them.

    7. Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    8. Size and Style Exchanges

    We want you to love what you bought. So if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we can consider for situations where:

      ✔ You ordered wrong garment style, color, or size which you want.

      ✔ You ordered wrong case or skin style which you want.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $69.99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    MONOGRAMMING

    Returns and Exchange: Monogrammed and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Monogram Shipping and Delivery: Your entire order will ship once the monogrammed item(s) are complete. Please allow approximately an additional 1-2 business days for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders. Monogrammed and personalized items ship separately from other items in orders, and are eligible for standard ground shipping only.

    Monogramming after receiving item/submitting order: Unfortunately, it is not possible to request monogramming for your item after the order has been placed or after you have received your product. We ask that all monogramming requests be submitted at the time of ordering.

    When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed.

    How much is shipping?

    Can I track my order?

    ✔ We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available.

    ✔ If your order is being sent by a traceable service, these details will be included on the shipping email we send you.

    Do you deliver to APO, FPO and DPO addresses?

    Yes; however, due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. If possible, we recommend using a civilian address.
